Return Policy

Cancellation Policy: 

Once we receive your cancellation request we will immediately notify the manufacturer. Please note, that once an order has been shipped or has been prepared for shipping it can no longer be stopped or canceled. At this point, the customer will be responsible for the order and its expenses. 

The customer will be notified by email once we have made a determination about the cancellation request.

Return Policy: 

Purchased items may be returned within the first 30 days of receiving the items purchased. Items may not be returned for the following reasons. 

Non-returnable items: 

  • Mattresses 
  • Bedding 
  • Any items partially or fully assembled 
  • Any items opened or not in the original packaging 
  • If the item has been used

Refund Policy: 

Once we have determined the item(s) have been approved for a refund we will then get the refunded process started. The process will take 3-5 business days for you to receive your refund by whatever form of payment you purchased from. 


All customer warranties are subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer has its own unique terms and conditions. The product warranty information can usually be found within the attached information packet on or in each product. This information can also be found on each individual manufacturer's website.
